인적자원개발 연구동향(2006-2015): AHRD 학술지 논문의 주제어 연결망 분석

Summary

We asked which topics human resource development (HRD) research abroad has centered on over the last ten years, and which topics it has treated together. The starting point was a limitation of content analysis that relies on keyword frequency: it makes the relationships among topics hard to see.

We built and analysed a network of 2,119 keywords from 1,082 research articles published from 2006 to 2015 in the four journals (ADHR, HRDI, HRDQ, HRDR) issued by AHRD, the representative HRD scholarly association in North America.

The whole keyword network showed the properties of a small world and of a scale-free network. Considering degree centrality and frequency together, we selected leadership, job satisfaction, learning, performance, training, and organizational commitment as core keywords from among 27 major keywords. The ego network of each core keyword showed that each was connected to several major keywords and formed a characteristic cluster. The study shows that keyword network analysis can capture research trends both comprehensively and specifically. It was published in February 2017.
