Overview

At the Pennsylvania State University (University Park, PA), I worked as a teaching assistant and as an instructional designer. These roles came before my own courses at Wenzhou-Kean University.

Roles

  • Teaching assistant, WF ED 540, Data Analysis — Fall terms, 2014–2016
  • Instructional designer, ENGR 409, Leadership in Organizations — Fall 2015 and Spring 2016
  • Instructional designer, course design and development in the Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change (MPS-OD&C) program

What the work involved

The teaching assistant role supported a data analysis course over three fall terms. The instructional design roles covered course design and development: one for a course on leadership in organizations, and one for courses in a professional master’s program in organization development and change.
