What students learn

The course is about using data to understand people and human resource management in organizations. Students learn why HR is moving from intuition-based to evidence-based decisions, how to turn organizational data into insight for managing people, how to choose suitable analytical tools, and how to turn results into a narrative that decision makers at different levels can use.
